Guillaume de Piédoüe has over twenty years of experience in the fields of digital media, the arts, and the luxury industry, with an established track record of leading cultural and media initiatives that have brought together business leaders, curators, artists, and government institutions. 


Guillame started his career as a tech entrepreneur at the age of 19, when he founded his first venture, Prestigium Online Media Group, a pioneer in fashion/luxury digital media with offices in Paris, London, New York, and Dubai, that in 2006 already had a readership of 300.000 online subscribers.  In 2011, after managing his first start-up for eight years, Guillaume sold Prestigium and co-founded Eyes on Talents, an executive search digital platform for creative disciplines, which consulted the largest luxury and innovative groups on building their creative teams. The platform gave birth to several awards granted annually to young talent throughout the world, such as Eyes On Talents Fashion Award at Parsons New York, Eyes On Talents Design Award at ECAL Lausanne, and Eyes on Talents Frame Award in the Netherlands. In this capacity, Guillaume also served as Director on the Board of D’Days, the Paris Design Festival, and was regularly invited to sit on various award juries, such as the Prix des Amis des Beaux Arts Paris, the Design Academy Eindhoven, Designer’s Nest Copenhagen, and ITS-International Talent Support Trieste.  


Following the success in bridging the creative and business worlds, in 2013 Guillaume co-founded a new venture, Eyes on Culture, a bespoke service providing a platform for top corporations to gain access to cutting-edge artists and curators in order to develop complementary strategies to enhance their business identity and help realize their corporate aspirations. In the course of this initiative, long-term relationships were forged between creators and corporations, with a focus on the shared values of excellence, innovation, and exclusivity. Eyes on Culture grew into an influential bridge between the business and creative worlds, working with prominent creative leaders, as well as some of the most recognizable businesses, including LVMH, Kering, Richemont, Swatch, and Apple.

Beyond his work in the private sector, Guillaume has participated in various initiatives with the French government, collaborating with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Culture, and the Ministry of Women’s Rights. Most notably, he served for four years as CEO of Ethics & Boards, a French corporate governance body regulator lobbying for equal representation of women on the Board of Directors of publicly traded companies.  In this capacity, Guillaume participated in the debates in the French National Assembly during the deliberations preceding the corporate governance regulation reforms of 2013.  Subsequently, Ethics & Boards led the creation of the tools to measure the actual implementation of the laws and worked with the then Minister of Economy, Emmanuel Macron, to further extend this equality initiative to the finance sector and State-owned companies.   


Since 2021, Guillaume resides in Venice and is currently Executive Director of Epicenter Venice, a new international music festival set to debut in September 2022.
